Start: Kergrist chapel on the old Lézardrieux-Paimpol road called Paimpol through Kergrist.
Signs: GR®34 in part and Yellow in part
(S/E) : Walk along the Kergrist chapel by the cloister, then cross the road at the pedestrian crossing and take the "Traou Vantan" marked path on the right, which joins the GR®34. Note the wash-house and the fountain.
(1) Follow this path along the banks of the Trieux river, offering a fine view of the Lézardrieux marina on the opposite shore.
(2) Leave a path on the right, this will be the return path.
(3) Pass behind the maritime high school, then the nautical center, and continue along the Goelo flora and fauna trail to reach the beach "Plage de Coz-Castel", ideal for a break.
(4) Leave the GR® and take the small road that climbs to the right of the Glénans nautical center.
Pass the "Trieux" marine farm on the left.
(5) Shortly afterwards, when the road bends, turn left onto the botanical path. Join a farm track where you turn right twice to reach "Landéby" town. Note the stele of Saint-Yves dating from 1737 on the right.
(6) Turn right towards Kerlo town, pass the road leading to this hamlet and take a wide path to the left (hent Fentan Vihan).
(7) Reach a fountain and continue on to Traou Vilin town. Follow the "Trieux" path. Pass Toul Mezou then Kermarec towns.
(8) Turn right at the GR® sign and follow the marks to reach the Trieux river.
(2) Turn left, and return back upstream.
Return to the chapel along the "Traou Vantan" path (S/E).
