The ‘ Les héros d’Orfeuil’ mountain bike trail offers a family-friendly ride through the heart of the countryside and the open landscapes of the chalky Champagne region. Easy and accessible, this route combines nature and history: it passes through sites steeped in history, such as the site of the former German naval gun or the Orfeuil National Necropolis. The route also invites you to discover a dry grassland where rare orchids bloom.

From Monthois, head to the Source des Dues, which once supplied the whole village. Ideal for an easy nature walk, this circular route combines simplicity, relaxation and the chance to discover the local heritage.

An ideal route for combining effort, calm and immersion in nature. The GPX track is required.

The Noue trail is a family-friendly forest walk that charms visitors with its rolling landscapes and peaceful atmosphere. The route starts in the charming village of Toges, before heading into the woods and offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. It then leads to the hamlet of La Noue Adam, a timeless place where the calm and authenticity give the impression that time has stood still. Mainly set out through the forest, it alternates between fast-flowing paths, technical sections and short climbs that put your legs to the test. A true adventure crossing the entire Croix aux Bois State Forest from north to south, you’ll discover rugged landscapes and numerous small springs.

The official name of the circular route is: "Variant of the Two Ponds Trail" The variant of the Two Ponds mountain bike trail is an ideal nature trail for fitness enthusiasts and thrill-seekers. Mainly set in woodland, it alternates between fast-flowing paths, technical sections and short climbs that put your legs to the test. A true adventure crossing the entire Croix aux Bois National Forest from north to south, you’ll discover rugged landscapes and numerous small springs. A challenging trail, with a fairly significant elevation gain and technical sections.

The Vieil Étang de Bairon is a 105-hectare Natura 2000 site that is very popular with birds. This circular route is a shorter version of the Lake Trail, which is around 10 km long.

A lovely circular walk that will take you to Louvergny and the source of the Ruisseau du Bairon, which has given the site its name since the Middle Ages.

A family-friendly route with no elevation gain, between a leisure centre and a Natura 2000 classified biodiversity reserve. A classic that never gets old!
