Long route of passes and descents starting from Le Trayas
A varied itinerary for this long hike in the Estérel massif, with its mix of colours and diverse landscapes: Col des Lentisques, Lac de l’Écureuil, Baisse de la Grosse Vache, Baisse Violette, Col des Trois Termes, Col de la Cadière, Col Notre-Dame, etc. Between Baisse Violette and Col des Termes at La Clavette, the paths are rarely used.

A route of moderate difficulty; on the return leg to Plan de Rieu, you can retrace your steps to Peyresq via the path taken on the way out, which offers a more comfortable hike.
From the port of Nice to Cap Ferrat
A semi-urban walk that is challenging in terms of distance but with no significant elevation gain. Explore the coastline of Cap de Nice, the Rade de Villefranche and the full circuit of Cap Ferrat via Pointe Sainte-Hospice, with views of Beaulieu Bay and the village of Èze.
This walk is best undertaken in autumn or winter to avoid the heat.
