- 2 : km 0.06 - alt. 5 m - 02Pool Bridge =>Immediately after crossing Pool Bridge turn South (right) to take footpath beside Haverigg Pool.
- 3 : km 0.16 - alt. 5 m - 03Concrete Square =>Follow path East (left) along bank beside waterfront.
- 4 : km 0.45 - alt. 6 m - 04Ice Cream Beach =>Continue on path above beach as it bears South (Right).
- 5 : km 0.55 - alt. 9 m - 05Sea Wall =>Take wide path South (right) along sea defence wall. Views left over lake and right over estuary.
- 6 : km 1.16 - alt. 8 m - 06Water Ski View =>Continue SE along sea defences.
- 7 : km 1.78 - alt. 8 m - 07Lighthouse =>Excellent views South over Duddon Channel also bird hide looking North over lake.
- 8 : km 2.09 - alt. 8 m - 08Duddon Estuary =>Continue to follow outer sea wall East.
- 9 : km 2.6 - alt. 9 m - 09Picnic Table =>Leave substantial track to take footpath SE (right) through sand dunes up to headland.
- 10 : km 2.75 - alt. 10 m - 10Hodbarrow Point =>Carefully descend headland and head North over old quarry floor to ascend to windmill base.
- 11 : km 2.85 - alt. 18 m - 11Windmill Base. =>Good views over bay and lake from here. Carefully descend and take footpath North through dunes back to well defined sea defense track.
- 12 : km 2.98 - alt. 11 m - 12Carved Stone =>Take path NW between Hodbarrow lake and 'Cyclops' tower..
- 13 : km 3.33 - alt. 8 m - 13Black Combe View =>Continue North along substantial path beside the lake.
- 14 : km 3.72 - alt. 6 m - 14Hodbarrow Lake =>Excellent views over Hodbarrow Lake. Continue North on path beside lake.
- 15 : km 4.12 - alt. 5 m - 15Manisgate Rd =>Take footpath NW (left) between lake and road.
- 16 : km 4.38 - alt. 7 m - 16Join Road =>Follow road South (left} beside caravan park.
- 17 : km 4.59 - alt. 13 m - 17Hardwicks =>Follow road briefly West (right).
- 18 : km 4.63 - alt. 16 m - 18Sharp Left =>Follow road as it turns South (left)
- 19 : km 4.71 - alt. 15 m - 19Port Haverigg =>Turn West (right) along roadway.
- 20 : km 4.85 - alt. 12 m - 20Gin Mill =>Follow roadway South around Old Gin Mill.
- 21 : km 4.95 - alt. 7 m - 21Caravan Park =>Turn West (right) along roadway beside caravans.
- 22 : km 5.32 - alt. 8 m - 22Ice Cream Van =>Continue along roadway. Ice cream available here if you are lucky.
- 23 : km 5.53 - alt. 7 m - 23Cricket Club =>Continue West on track between cricket club and Pepper Hall Walk to footbridge over Haverigg Pool.
- S/E : km 5.8 - alt. 5 m - 24The End =>All done.
