Park in the car park behind the church and cemetery in Pouldouran.
(S/E) At the far end of the car park, take the path that runs along the stream almost due west. Depending on the tide, the path can be very muddy. Go through the gate (don't forget to close it behind you) and walk along the field to its north-western corner. Follow the path overlooking the Ruisseau du Moulin de Bizien stream. It branches off southwards to reach the first routoirs.
(1) Cross the roadside ditches and continue south to the fountain. Take the path on the left and continue along the tarmac road to the houses.
(2) Turn right towards the main road. Cross it and take the path slightly to the left. At the end of the path, continue on the left to join the road on the right. When you reach the calvary, continue on the left for 50 metres and leave the road to take the path on the left. At the end of the path, follow the D20 on the right for 100 metres.
(3) Turn left. Ignore a path on the left and then another on the right. When you reach another road, turn left and continue along it. Pass the Moulin Rolland (museum about threshing floors). Continue to the crossroads.
(4) Turn right onto "Ar C'hraw Gozh" and follow it to the end. At the cross, take the D33 road to the right for 20 metres, then take the path on the left that runs alongside a stream to reach another road.
(5) Take this road on the left, then take the first road on the right towards Saint-Aaron. At the fork, continue on the left, then, in the bend, follow the path on the right.
(6) Make a return trip to the right to see a millstone being renovated. Return to the path and, at the end, turn right to reach the road at Kerstrouill. Continue straight ahead on the road.
(7) Turn left and follow the road. Before a calvary, visible on the left, take a path on the right. It runs alongside greenhouses along its entire length. Cross the road and take the path directly opposite.
(8) Turn left . It is possible to turn right, but this is dangerous if the ground is wet, as you will have to make a hairpin turn to get back onto the road. Continue straight ahead, slightly to the left. Turn left at the first path and continue along it. Continue straight ahead at the crossroads.
(9) Turn left onto the path that leads to a road. Follow this road to the left to cross Saint-Nicolas.
(10) At Kerhir, turn left and then continue to the right. When you reach the road, continue to the right.

The road leads to the village of Pouldouran. Continue on the right, then take the footbridge on the right to reach the car park (S/E).
