Luché-Pringé walks
Path along the banks of the Loir towards Gallerande Castle and Pringé.
This undeniably charming route (marked with brown rectangles) offers magnificent views along the Loir River, including the fortified mill of Mervé, the façade of Gallerande Castle, the village of Pringé with its church (frescoes), its manor house reflected in the lake below, and its wash house.
At the end of the route, the Church of St-Martin de Luché and the former Priory bring the walk to a close.
All these highlights make up for the sometimes slightly monotonous sections, which nevertheless offer some beautiful panoramic views.
Circular village loop through the valleys
A short hike that allows you to discover the built heritage, such as the church and the wash house, as well as the wetland vegetation.
Segrais Castle route
The route runs across agricultural land south of the Rhonne valley and ends by crossing an area of moorland adjacent to the Bercé Forest.

An easy walk that can be done on foot or by bike. The first part, which is less pleasant, is in full sun, so bring a hat if it is hot. Views of pretty manors and a very pleasant walk along the Sarthe.
From one bank of the Sarthe to the other, passing by the Abbey of Solesmes
The Sarthe gave its name to our department. This route between Sablé-sur-Sarthe and Solesmes will allow you to walk along the river on the towpath and offer you beautiful views.
Around Pruillé-le-Chétif
This path, marked in Red, uses paths for around 70% of its length. It takes in the eastern part of the village, passing through the green space of the Ruisseau de la Bujerie, the Chemin des Hauts Bois, which leads to one of the highest points in the village (112 m), the place known as Les Basses Epines, as well as stretches of wooded paths and field margins.

The vineyard route on the outskirts of Le Mans

Within the Cité Plantagenêt, protected by its walls
Since 2003, the "Old Mans" has been called "Cité Plantagenêt" after the Plantagenêt dynasty, the English royal family originally from Le Mans. The former provincial capital of Maine and Perche (from the 16th century to the Revolution), this stroll through the streets and alleys of Le Mans' historic district offers a pleasant walk in the natural setting of famous swashbuckling films (Cyrano de Bergerac, Le Bossu, The Man in the Iron Mask, Nicolas Le Floch, etc.).
La Coulanaise
This route, which starts in Coulans-sur-Gée, includes a significant proportion of small country roads, as well as old footpaths and wide, newly created scenic paths to complete the circular route.
Route des Croisettes starting from Coulaines
Located in the municipalities of Sargé, Coulaines and Le Mans, this route runs largely along dirt tracks, sometimes tarmac, lined with hedges, trees and shrubs offering generous shade.
Circular on the heights of Bauné
Numerous undergrowth areas and farm tracks make this a pleasant and peaceful walk.

During this hike, you will have the opportunity to admire the Yvré countryside, its Roman bridge, the Gérence fountain and catch a glimpse of the beautiful Château de Vaux as you walk along the trails and part of the "Boulevard Nature".
Loudon ponds and woods
This circular route allows you to discover a site not far from Le Mans that is rich in natural beauty. Ponds, peat bogs, wet and dry moors, marshy woods... make up a mosaic of landscapes that are home to species that are rare in the region: harriers, hobby falcons, goshawks, purple herons, for the winged creatures; royal fern, marsh hottonia and sundew, for the plant world.

Parigné-Lévêque is a very large and wooded commune: northern pines with sand dunes, chestnut trees and birches in the south. The route allows you to discover the charm of numerous undergrowths, vast moors and ponds. The Narais stream is crossed in several places.

Route des moulins de Neuville
This easy route, more than 80% of which is on paths, will allow you to discover all the charm of Neuville-sur-Sarthe and its surroundings, the banks of the Sarthe, its old restored mills, the Château de Monthéard, as well as the history linked to the Second World War through the presence at that time of an American airfield in the countryside.
Mazières - La Bruyère - Le Breuil
Mazières is a village located north of Cinq-Mars, 30 minutes from Tours. The village centre has retained the charm of the villages of the Touraine region, where life was once devoted to agriculture and forestry. The route passes through the woods of the large neighbouring estates. There are views of the vast rural landscapes. The most charming section is undoubtedly the Breuil valley. A pleasant hike that is never monotonous.
Lutin route
This route owes its name to the shape of its route, which evokes the silhouette of a leprechaun for dreamers. It offers a path between Jalais, a bocage plain on the Soulitré side, and the Huisne valley.

Views of the Loire at Cunault
Dominated by its Romanesque church, a former Benedictine priory, the village of Cunault was a place of pilgrimage and renowned fairs in the Middle Ages and until the end of the 19th century, an important port on the Loire specialising, like its neighbouring (and twin) port of Trèves, in the shipment of tuffeau stone.

Route de l'Étang de l'Île
Starting from Parc des Grillets, this pleasant hike across the plateau takes us through fields and forests to the island pond (Mazières). There is a beautiful viewpoint and on the way back, we will take the mill road through the Breuil valley before returning to the plateau and our starting point.

Circular in the Colombian countryside
A beautiful circular route to discover the habitat and nature around Villandry, through the highlands and along the banks of the Cher, with the option of visiting the confluence of the Cher and the Loire and, if you have time, the gardens and the château. The village was called Colombiers in the Middle Ages: the name of its inhabitants remains as a reminder!
Between the plateau and the banks of the Cher, starting from Villandry
This short walk, accessible to all, allows you to discover the variety of landscapes surrounding the charming village of Villandry. You will pass some very pretty old houses, go around the château and its gardens, take some pretty paths lined with hedges and then pass through a small wood before ending your walk along the Cher river. All this in just under an hour!
Around the town of Sainte-Suzanne
Come and discover the charming little paths north of Sainte-Suzanne. Along the way, you can visit the English camp (or Beugy camp) and enjoy a beautiful view of the Mayenne countryside.
The Table des Diables
Come and discover the architectural and heritage treasures offered by this route and the sunken paths! You will get a glimpse of the Grande Charnie Forest. Marked route "No. 29".
This route can be combined with the "Tour de Viviers" route to reach Torcé-Viviers-en-Charnie.
