Start from the car park at the Salle des Fêtes.
(S/E) Walk past the village hall and, immediately after, take the path on the left to reach one of the village’s main streets. Turn right and, straight away, take thesecond street on the right (Rue Abbé Rousson), towards Pirmil.
(1) At thethird junction, turn right, leaving the town hall on your left. Continue straight on, ignoring the next two junctions in the village. You’ll then be in the countryside; pass a house (on the left) with a red wrought-iron gate. Pass another house, La Chantelière, and continue straight on for about 250m.
(2) Leave the road and turn left onto a grassy path that runs alongside a stream and a row of trees on the left. When you reach the bank of the Ruisseau de la Morinière, do not cross the small bridge.
(3) Turn right to follow the stream. After several bends, leave the stream on your left and turn right onto a small tarmac road.
(4) Follow this road to the left. Continue straight ahead, ignoring the turn-offs to the left, until you reach a track lined with hedges and trees.
(5) At the junction, turn left onto a new track. After about 120m, turn right onto a grassy path between the fields. Continue along this path for about 1km, passing a sewage treatment plant.
(6) At the junction with a roughly tarmac-surfaced track, turn right. At the T-junction, follow the road to the right for about 1,500m, passing through various hamlets.
(7) At the junction just past Le Longuereau, turn right. Just before the junction with another road, turn right onto the grassy path running alongside it. Walk for about 750m.
(8) Shortly after a cross, take a grassy track to the right. After about 50m, turn left and follow the Ruisseau de la Morinière.
(4) Cross the road and take the path you used on the way there to rejoin the meandering Ruisseau de la Morinière.
(3) At the end of the meanders, turn right over the small bridge to cross the stream. About fifteen metres after the small bridge, turn left onto the track that runs alongside the row of trees for about 300m. Then turn right to join the D22 road.
(9) Follow the road to the left. Just before the recycling bin area, turn right onto a small path. Go round the recycling bin area, then turn right onto a path that crosses a wooded area. Cross a small bridge over a stream. As you come out of the woods, turn left and you’ll reach an old wash house.
(10) At the end of the wash house, turn right, cross the small car park and the road, then turn left towards the village centre. At the next junction, turn right, then cross the road to go up Rue du Tertre opposite (to the right of the petrol station and tobacconist’s). Pass the church and the town hall (a former castle).
(1) At the crossroads, turn right and, following the same route as on the way out, return to the village hall car park (S/E).
