Park in the car park at the Port de Malicorne.
(S/E) Leave the port by taking Rue de Sévigné on the right. Continue towards the exit from Malicorne.
(1) At the roundabout, turn slightly left then take the path on the right leading to La Maussidé. Continue along this path almost in a straight line (ignore all turnings to the right or left) until you reach a small tarmac road.
(2) Turn left and continue to Balançon. At Balançon, keep to your left until you reach a four-way junction. Take the left-hand road.
(3) At La Fosse Robineau, continue to the left. At the crossroads (which you took on the way out), turn right and retrace your steps back to the port of Malicorne.
(S/E) Walk past the harbour and continue straight on towards the Romanesque church of Saint Sylvestre.
(4) Head towards the River Sarthe and follow it to the old pumping station. Take the small road leading there until it joins another road, then turn right.
(5) Cross the D23 and continue straight ahead along Rue Léon Pouplard, then follow the path straight on until you reach the Chapelle Chiloup. This is on your left. Turn right towards the village. At the three-way junction, turn left towards the cemetery.
(6) Follow the railway line, turning right, and pass close to the old station. Continue along Rue du Maréchal Joffre, then Rue des Anciens Combattants AFN, which runs straight on. At the Town Hall, turn right into Rue Victor Hugo, then Rue Gambetta to return to the starting point (S/E).
