Departure from the Château du Hénan car park.
(S/E) When you leave the car park, turn right. Continue on the road on the right for 600 metres until you reach Kergaouën. Turn left onto the shaded lane at the gable end of the first house in the hamlet. Follow the path downhill to the crossroads. Keep slightly to the right and continue along the road to the hamlet of Mesmeur.
(1) In the centre of the hamlet, go straight ahead and take a shaded path to reach the end of Anse de Poulguin and join theGR®34.
(2) Keep left along the coast. At the end of the cove, turn right, then climb left towards Kerdruc. Take the Chemin du Vieux Four and follow it to the road leading to the port.
(3) Take Impasse Paul-Soubenn opposite and join the banks of the karstic cave. At the seafront, turn left.
(4) 250m further on, leave the coast via Impasse des Cormorans, return to the main road and follow it to the right until you reach the end of a deserted road.
(5) Turn right into the Hénan departmental forest. Continue right until you reach the river, then turn left.
(6) At the exit of the arboretum, turn right onto the road. Pass the old Moulin Mer tide mill. Go up the path that runs along the left side of the road.
(7) At the end of the path, turn opposite and join the coastal path to go around Pointe de Tal Mor.
(8) At the end of the cove, leave theGR® and turn left onto a gravel path to reach Kerscaff Izella. Return to theGR® and follow it in the opposite direction to the end of the Étang du Hénan dyke.
(9) Immediately turn right at the barrier at the entrance to the woods. Go around the woods and come out at the car park where you started (S/E).
