Park in the small car park just before the Chambrille stream.
(S/E) Walk downhill a little, cross the stream and turn left towards La Dame de Chambrille, a very distinctive rock.
(1) When you reach it, turn left towards "La Maison Blindée", cross the stream again and follow the path furthest to the right (not shown on the IGN map). Along this path, there are a few trails leading off to the right: ignore them.
(2) When you reach the junction with a descending path, turn right, cross the stream and start climbing. At the top, turn left and then quickly right after a barn. Follow this white path until you reach a tarmac road.
(3) Cross and follow the main dirt track opposite to the edge of the woods, where you should turn right. Follow the edge of the woods, ignoring all the paths on the left.
(4) Please note: at this point (end of the Route Forestière de Chambrille), take the small path furthest to the right (it may be difficult to see due to the vegetation). At the next crossroads, keep to the right. Ignore all the paths on the left to reach a tarmac road (D5). Cross carefully and continue straight ahead towards Savrelle. Take the first path on the left at the bend, then the first path on the right (grass-covered).
(5) At the wash house, turn left, then follow the first path on the right and the first on the left, which ends at a tarmac road.
(6) Turn right, then at the edge of the woods, turn left onto a path. Continue along this main path, passing an old wash house on your left below.
(7) At the end of a left-hand bend about 100 m beyond this wash house, at a viewpoint, take a small grassy path down to the left. At the next junction, turn right and join the D5.
(8) Turn right, then immediately left: all that remains is to return to the starting point (S/E).
