Description of the walk

Park in the car parks at the town hall, the church or the school.

(S/E) Follow the road to the factory, continue for another 200 m and take the road on the left at the crossroads. Cross the Blaize and start a good little climb. At the top, turn right (lovely view). The road turns into a farm track at the edge of the woods.

(1) Continue along this track to a junction (elevation 252), the start of a wind farm

(2) Take the track on the left to cross the plateau to Baudrecourt.

(3) After about 1,500 m, the track joins a very narrow road; follow this to the right for 500 m. At the edge of the woods, turn left onto a sunken track running along the edge of the woods to reach Baudrecourt le Petit.

(4) Take the road to the right (D173) and immediately right again (D173), cross the two bridges over the Blaiseron, then turn right onto Rue de la Petite Voie and continue along the Grande Rue (D173) to join the D13.

(5) Follow it to the left until you reach the village exit and take the last street on the left onto the D173; follow it to the right to cross the two bridges again and reach a small square (Ruelle de la Motte). Walk along the right-hand side of it to follow, opposite, the D173 towards Dommartin-le-Saint-Père as far as the Croix Jeanson.

(6) Follow Rue de la Croix des Hayes (D173) to the right, turn left onto Rue Saint-Lumier (D60) and cross through Dommartin, passing in front of the town hall. Continue along Rue des Ponts (D60).

(7) Pass La Blaise then turn left (D60) to reach the car park (S/E).
