The footbridge walk and Pré de l'Arc from Prapoutel station

The walk starts from Pré Bouquet (near the archery range). You can park in the resort's car parks, which are free of charge.

(S/E) Follow the path that climbs slightly towards the forest, heading south, following the signs for Pré de l'Arc, until you reach a path on the right.

(1) Take this path down into the woods and follow it until you come out of the woods at a car park.

(2) Cross the car park and look for a small path that descends between the trees on the right. Follow it until you reach the Bédina stream, which you can cross via two footbridges.

(3) After crossing the stream, turn left and follow the path that leads to the Beldina Nordic domain.

(4) Just before reaching the Nordic domain, turn onto the path that climbs to the right. Cross the Prabert stream and follow the path through the woods, first heading northwest, then turning southeast.

(5) Take the path that branches off to the left and follow it until you reach the Pré de l'Arc. Continue along the path, crossing the meadow, until you return to the woods.

(6) Continue northwest on the path, following the signs for Prapoutel and the markings.

(7) Take the path to the left, follow it until you reach a bend, and you will come out onto the Route Forestière de Bédina.

(8) Follow it to the right until you reach the Prabert stream a little further on.

(9) Turn left, continuing along the forest road, and arrive at the entrance to Prapoutel.

(10) Continue along Rue des Ramaye, climb the steps on the right, then turn left into Impasse de l'Ardoissière and you will find the car park on the right (DA).

Check the weather conditions before setting off: in the mountains, the weather can change very quickly.

Le Pré de l'Arc is a place where herds may spend the summer. Please do not disturb them and keep your dogs on a leash while crossing.
