The Gorges du Gorgonnet
This hike will take you into the charming Gorges du Gorgonnet. It is a family-friendly route. However, caution is advised. Although the trail is wide and comfortable, there are no guardrails in some places, so keep an eye on children. At the end of the gorges, they can enjoy a natural swimming pool with particularly clear (and cold) water.

Please note: due to a major landslide, this hike is currently not possible.
You start by walking along the Isère river through walnut trees. You then climb up the foothills of the Vercors, before returning via the Gaffe footbridge and the wild, steep-sided Gorgonnet gorges.
The Rivet viewpoint
A remarkable walk in the Écouges forest, classified as a protected sensitive area.
This walk is very family-friendly and suitable for children in pushchairs.
However,be careful at the viewpoint as the walk is high up.

Malleval-en-Vercors – Rencurel (Les Rimets)
Stage2 of the Tour des Coulmes.
This is the longest stage and the one with the steepest gradient.
The final section takes place entirely through woodland.
Rencurel (Les Rimets) – Presles
From Les Rimets (Rencurel) to Presles.
A route running almost entirely through the forest.
At La Goulandière, magnificent views from the Belvédère du Ranc overlooking La Bourne.
Presles - Malleval-en-Vercors
A climb up the north-western ridges of the Vercors.
Beautiful views over the Isère valley and the walnut groves of Saint-Marcellin.

A very classic route that takes you to four remarkable viewpoints in succession, offering views of Grenoble and its valley, as well as the Vercors plateau, the Rocher de l’Ours and the Roc Cornafion. It’s a hike you should do at least once if you’re in the area.
Ideally, you should take two cars up and leave one at the finish, which is at the Parking des Barnets, two hairpin bends below the start point at the Lans-en-Vercors resort.
Saint-Nizier-du-Moucherotte - Cabane de Roybon
First stage of the circular route from Saint Nizier to Corrençon en Vercors, with a stop at the Cabane de Roybon below the Col Vert.Whilst the first part is easy, the section between Col de l’Arc and Col Vertis challenging, with sections over a sheer drop!Take great care.
