A short urban walk to discover the most iconic places in Deauville.

For those who enjoy walks on the beach, here is one from Trouville-sur-Mer to Honfleur that can be done at low tide.

Discover the different facets of Trouville, from the town, the sea and the countryside. An itinerary with multiple views of the English Channel and the Normandy countryside. For all those who only know Trouville from its quays!

Starting from the seafront, you will pass by the Clairefontaine racecourse, Mont Canisy, Clos Mallet and the Villers marshes. Return via the Mont Canisy batteries and the seafront.

Hike in the Pays d'Auge countryside with a passage through the commune of Saint-Vaast.

Crossing streams and valleys, this route offers a wide variety of landscapes and, at the end of the route, near the church, a beautiful view of Beaumont-en-Auge and the surrounding hills.

It was in Beaumont-en-Auge that the physicist and mathematician Pierre-Simon Laplace was born. From his statue, you can enjoy the view over the Touques valley.

Starting from Pennedepie church, go through the Bois du Breuil, then walk 3,500 metres along the beach at LOW TIDE and return through the countryside

Forest trail, Cote de Grâce and its chapel, Honfleur and its Sainte-Catherine Church, the garden of personalities, walk on the beach and return to the woods with its rhododendrons.

Hike in the Bois de Breuil forest, passing through the commune of Barneville-la-Bertrand.

A short cycle ride starting from Équemauville, on the Côte de Grâce plateau, between Équemauville, the Bois du Breuil and Honfleur. A very easy route with little traffic. This very picturesque ride is mostly shaded; it’s very easy and suitable for families (I did it with my 9-year-old daughter).

Near Honfleur, the little river called the Orange flows through a preserved valley. The paths run through a landscape of meadows enclosed by hedges with beautiful half-timbered houses, a true essence of Normandy.

Discover the Falaises des Vaches Noires (Black Cow Cliffs) from the heights and the shore. They are so named because of the limestone blocks piled up on the beach and covered with black seaweed, which make them look like cows. The Falaises des Vaches Noires were already renowned in the 18th century for their fossils and exceptional stratigraphy. Many fossils can be identified in the sand (please note that digging in the cliffs is prohibited). A FEW PRECAUTIONS:- The beach is not accessible at high tide. It is essential to check the tide times before setting off. Only enter the beach at low tide, 3 to 4 hours after high tide. See Practical information. - It is forbidden to climb the cliffs or remove fossils. However, you may collect fossils that are exposed on the surface of the sand.

Circular route with ups and downs in a hilly landscape. Suitable in all weathers as it is entirely on quiet tarmac roads. Along the way, you will see pretty town halls from the late 19th century and three churches, with a special mention for the one in Druval!
