(S/E) From the car park at Saint-Hymer church, head straight ahead with the restaurant on your right and the church on your left. Climb for 200 metres then turn right onto the slightly uphill path. Turn left and ignore the first path on the right. At the fork, take the path on the right.
(1) At the next fork, turn left. At the Calvary (Croix de la Bruyère), turn right twice and go down the path.
(2) At the T-junction, turn right and continue for 400 metres.
(3) Then turn left for 250 metres and cross the D101 (take care), first turn right then left. Continue on the D285, which crosses the Ruisseau de la Fontaine Magard stream. At the fork, go left.
(4) Leave the road and turn right onto an uphill path. Ignore a path on the left and, when you reach the top (elevation 108), turn left onto Chemin de la Galoche. Turn left at the first fork and left again at the second to reach the D101.
(5) Turn right for 100 metres, then turn left before the wash house to head towards the Fontaine Magard.
(6) At the fork, take the second path on the right (Chemin de la Forge Plichon), then turn left onto a shaded path to rejoin Chemin de la Bruyère Hauvel.
(7) First turn left then right to follow a path (not shown on the map) and come out onto a road just before the crossroads of Chemin de la Fontaine Magard and Chemin du Grand Cours.
(8) Once at the crossroads, turn left and head north-west towards Les Toutains. Turn left at the end, then after 300 metres, turn right downhill to rejoin Chemin du Bois du Mordouet.
(9) At the bottom, turn left, ignore the path on your left and continue north until you reach a fork.
(10) Leave the path on your right and turn left onto the next one to head towards Les Suzannes. At the junction, turn right onto the path that bends to the right, then to the left, and leads to a crossroads.
(11) Go straight across the crossroads and, 100 metres further on, take the first path on the left. Follow this path downhill to rejoin the D101. Turn right for 50 metres, then right again. After 200 metres, turn left (north) and continue straight ahead to return to the crossroads you took on the way there.
(2) Continue straight ahead.
(3) Continue north and turn right immediately to return to the fork.
(1) Continue north-east and follow the same route as on the way there to return to the church car park (S/E).
