Through the vineyards from Binzen to Fischingen

The car park (approx. 80 spaces) belongs to the Binzen community hall (Gemeindehalle) - Schulstrasse 7.

(S/E) From the car park, walk towards the entrance to the community hall and go around it on the left.

(1) At the first fork, turn right onto Steinbrunnmatten, cross the small square and take the passageway towards Schallbacher Weg. First turn left then right and continue to the end of the path, ignoring any intersecting paths.

(2) Turn right onto Wiiwegli: marked with a red diamond and a yellow bunch of grapes. Pass a bench and continue straight ahead. At the "Vor dem Brunnacker" signpost, go straight ahead, as well as at the "Brunnackerbrünnli" signpost. A little further on, follow Wiiwegli, which climbs to the right.

(3) On the climb, take the first path on the left, which is not marked. Go to the end of this path, then turn right and continue straight ahead at the next intersection to rejoin the Wiiwegli. Continue to the left. At the "Hartberg West" signpost, stay on the path on the right, uphill, towards Kaiserhölzle. Pass a vine shelter. Continue straight ahead on the marked path. You will come to a crossroads. The Wiiwegli sign is not visible, but there is a picnic table. Take the path down to the right to reach the "Kaiserhölzle" sign.

(4) Leave the Wiiwegli on the left and take a path downhill. Ignore all the paths on the right and take the third grassy path on the left. At the end, turn right onto a paved path downhill, then immediately left onto a very grassy path that is initially flat and then climbs to the left between the vineyards. You will arrive at a slightly more visible path. Take this path on the right and follow it to the end, ignoring the paths on either side.

(5) Find the yellow diamond-marked trail and follow it to the left.

(6) Leave the marked trail by turning left onto a paved road. Go straight ahead at the next intersection and rejoin the marked trail.

(7) At the "Flüdenwein" signpost, turn left and follow the marked path straight ahead.

(8) At the "Marlengrube" signpost, first turn right then left and continue straight ahead to the end of the path.

(9) At the "Im Berg" signpost, follow the Wiiwegli on the right and then descend towards the village until you reach the "Koppengasse" signpost (stay on the left-hand side of the road as there is no pavement). Turn left onto Schallbacher Weg and then immediately right onto Rue Steinbrunnenmatten.

(1) Continue straight ahead on the same street, at the end of which you will find the car park (S/E).
