The route from the hiking car park to Saurucken, with its game reserves and playgrounds, is an absolute highlight of the Schönbuch Nature Park.
The route starts at the popular Saurucken hiking car park above Entringen. From there, it follows a tarmac path into the forest to the game reserve at Saurucken, a fork in the path in the Schönbuch.

Notes
Worth a visit
The Saurucken is a major attraction in the Schönbuch Nature Park. Several barbecue areas, small shelters, benches and picnic tables invite visitors to enjoy a snack and take a break. Some of the areas are shaded.
Animals can be observed in three game enclosures: wild boar, mouflon and red deer are clearly visible from the path. However, the individual facilities are only accessible to a very limited extent.
There are several play and climbing areas throughout the site.
A few hundred metres from the hiking car park at the starting point lies the Entringen sports clubhouse, which has a public restaurant.
This can be accessed by wheelchair via a rear entrance, although it is not officially accessible. Consequently, there is no disabled toilet.
