The Stream Discovery Trail is divided into around 20 stations, where information boards provide details on landscape ecology, flora and fauna, and the rich wildlife in this area.
Other highlights include the springs that emerge at the start of the trail, whose water is channelled via newly constructed cascades into a former mill canal. A section of this historic canal has been re-exposed. A waterwheel serves as a reminder of Iselshausen’s long tradition of milling.
