Short circular hike on forest tracks and trails north of Saint-Antonin-du-Var with views of the Salernes plain and Grand Bessillon.

A beautiful walk through various landscapes, olive trees, impressive stone walls, a pine forest, caves and cave chapels.

A lovely walk in the woods. Discover two small old chapels. Beautiful views of Aups.

Hike mainly through the woods of Menton and Entrecasteaux.

Strolling amongst the villas, it’s easy to reach the forest tracks and discover that a dolmen has survived the centuries. Unfortunately, you’ll have to walk along the tarmac to complete a circular route and discover what time has not worn away.

A walk comprising two circular loops on the hills above Entrecasteaux, offering a view of the source of the Verdon and passing by the foot of the castle, its gardens and its church.

The village of Entrecasteaux developed around a beautiful medieval castle in the Bresque Valley. The hike begins in front of the beautiful garden attributed to Le Nôtre at the foot of the medieval castle. After reaching the top of the village, it follows beautiful tracks and paths towards Saint-Antonin-sur-Var. It then climbs towards the ridge north of Entrecasteaux to reach the Défens de Valpaironne viewpoint.

A tour of the two small chapels perched on the heights of Aups, following the ridge and offering stunning views of the Haut Var and the Alps.

Along the ridge, a magnificent round trip with beautiful chapels and breathtaking scenery. Not very difficult.

This circular loop will take you past the Chapelle Saint-Laurent chapel, then through the undergrowth to the banks of the Bresque river with its water pools, along the right bank of the waterfall, then to the viewpoint on the left bank and the village of Sillans.

A very beautiful short hike through the undergrowth, taking half of the fitness trail and part of the nature discovery trail.

A fairly long but easy walk along DFCI tracks, then along the ridge. There are two viewpoints, including one halfway up to keep your spirits up. The highest one, at the Cugulons mast, offers a 360° view stretching from the Baume massif to the Écrins massif.

The medieval village of Cotignac is one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France" and was voted "France's Favourite Village" in 2022. The impressive Tuf Rock and its troglodyte dwellings, the Chapel of Notre-Dame-de-Grâces, the old 16th and 17th century houses lining the narrow streets, the Cours Gambetta with its beautiful façades and plane trees, the 17th century Church of Notre Dame de l'Annonciation, the Grand-Rue, the Town Hall Square, the 17 fountains and the two 14th-century towers are the main attractions in Cotignac. The route crosses the Cours Gambetta, climbs up to the Chapel of Notre-Dame des Grâces, continues along the Chemin de Notre Dame, descends towards the village through the Les Verdares and Le Derroc districts, then passes through the Ville-Haute and the Rocher cliff.

A walk around a little-known village with hidden gems, close to home! Montferrat is located 14 km north of Draguignan. The hike starts at Place des Allées, west of the village in front of the pretty village school. The esplanade, a former transhumance site, is adorned with centuries-old plane trees and bordered by the Nartuby River. We are in the Var department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. Most of the route is through woodland.

This route takes you from the Cistercian Abbey of Thoronet to Lac de Carcès via trails through a typical Var forest with holm oaks, kermes oaks and rosemary. Along the way, you can see the red bauxite soil and enjoy views overlooking Lac de Carcès and the vineyards. There is an alternative route down to the lake where you can take a break at the open-air café.

A circular starting from Thoronet Abbey, allowing you to visit it. Through vineyards, forests and pretty, peaceful hamlets on tracks, paths and small country roads.

A circular on the heights of Le Thoronet takes you through vineyards, olive groves and hamlets to the banks of the Argens river, where you can take a break in the cool. The name of the route is known as "Manjas de Perus", which translates as "wild pear eaters", linked to the poverty of the isolated hamlets.

This hike will visit the village of Carcés, Carcés Lake and the splendid Caramy Falls. Best in the spring when the water flow is stronger. You also will take a part of the path of Saint Jacques de Compostela.

A lovely little walk along a path that runs alongside a small canal and leads to the magnificent Caramy Waterfalls.

This cycle route will take you on a journey through the green heart of Provence, past its lakes and castles. It will guide you through the Provençal countryside, taking in charming traditional villages, lakes, vineyards and olive groves, along quiet roads and paths suitable for hybrid bikes. You’ll be free to stop off, for as long as you like, at your own pace, in the small villages to explore them.

Tour of Carcès via the lake, passing by the Notre-Dame de Caramy chapel, the waterfalls, the lake, the heights of Brauch and back through the village. Route modified. Moderator's addition on 14/06/2021: Please note! Crossing the village of Lac is prohibited (private property). See alternative in the description (and notice dated 14/06/2021)

From the lake, a forest track followed by steep steps leads us to the Rocher de Brauch, whose ridge overlooks the waters of Lake Sainte-Suzanne, commonly known as Lake Carcès. This panorama offers a peaceful setting in the heart of the Provence Verte. A long forest path followed by a track takes us back to the lakeside. ⚠️ GPX tracking recommended.

A lovely, challenging hike along forest tracks with beautiful views from the ridges.

Easy walk on forest tracks from the Tour de Taradeau to the Croix with a superb view of the Argens plain.

A very enjoyable loop on the peninsula of Bauduen alongside Lake Sainte Croix.

Then return via the Museau de la Colline, offering numerous breathtaking views of the Lac de Sainte-Croix-du-Verdon, to finally arrive at the Chapelle Notre-Dame de Baudinard with its belvedere overlooking the lake. Not to mention a visit to the village of Baudinard-sur-Verdon.

Two magnificent viewpoints over the Gorges du Verdon (downstream from Lac de Sainte-Marie).
