In Aups, take the D957 to the Col de la Bigue and park there.
(S/E) Turn right onto the path that runs past the water tank. Continue along this track to reach a viewpoint at the junction of a path.
(1) Leave the track and stay on the ridge to the left. Follow the yellow-marked path and walk slightly uphill to reach the junction at the Vallon de Notre-Dame de Liesse.
(2) Turn right and, after a short, steep climb, reach the Chapel of Notre-Dame de Liesse. Follow an easy descent, continuing on to quickly reach a crossroads of paths.
(3) Stay on the path on the right and continue along the ridge via an easy climb to reach a crossroads at the foot of the chapel.
(4) Complete the climb to quickly reach the summit and the Chapel of Saint-Priest.
(5) Follow the same route back as on the way up to return to the previous junction.
(4) Here you have two options:
- turn right and head downhill to reach the small village of Vérignon,
- retrace your steps along the route you took on the way up; this is the route shown on the map to return downhill to the Col de la Bigue car park (S/E).
