Park before the village of Montmenot in the small car park by the rubbish bins along the Route de Montmenot.
(S/E) Head to the village centre.
(1) At the crossroads in the village centre, take the road leading down to the left (leaving the delicatessen behind you) and turn left onto a path. Join theGRP® Tour des Monts du Lyonnais and follow the red and yellow markings to reach Mas Saint-Jean.
(2) Turn right (hiking sign) towards Le Reynaud and Le Monin. Pass Le Reynaud, leave Le Monin on your right and turn left. Cross the small wooden bridge and begin a steep climb.
(3) At the junction, turn right onto the path that climbs and reach a road.
(4) Leave theGRP® and take this road on the right for several hundred metres, passing a car park and a cycle signpost, until you reach a junction.
(5) Take the road straight ahead, towards La Brigadière and Le Croquis, and ignore the signs for Saint-Julien-sur-Bibost.
(6) At the junction, leave the road and take a path on the right. Walk through the woodland until you reach a crossroads.
(7) Take the road opposite, which turns right towards Les Roches. Follow the yellow markings carefully.
(8) At Les Roches, take the path leading down to the left before a hairpin bend on the road. Continue down the slope.
(9) After passing the first houses, take the path leading uphill to the right (hiking sign andGRP® markings) and continue to the top of the plateau
(10) Continue along theGRP® to Montmenot.
(1) Cross the village to reach the recycling bins (S/E).
