Le Grand Larve
From Saint-Agnan-en-Vercors, you can reach the Hauts-Plateaux du Vercors nature reserve via a path that takes you to an altitude of 1,400 metres.
Vercors: Circular Central trail, via the GR®91 and Bacha de l'Ours
This hike combines two Visorandonneurs routes and part ofthe GR®91. Starting with the central trail and ending with Bacha de l'Ours, it seems easier. You can discover the splendidGR®91from south to north over a short distance to gauge your ability to go further.
Jasse du Play refuge
This hike will allow you to discover or rediscover the beautiful high plateaus of the Vercors with its forests and meadows. There are many trails, some of which are unmarked, but it is still possible and permitted to use them if you follow the park's instructions.
Roche du Mas
This circuit on the Vercors plateau in the Drôme department provides access to a small peak overlooking the Bourne Gorges.
The Rock of Séguret
A beautiful hike on the high plateaus of the Vercors.
On the ridges of Rocher de Séguret, Roche Rousse and Pierre Blanche, you are sure to encounter deer, ibex and, with a bit of luck, marmots.
Most of the hike is off the marked trails, so be sure to use the GPX track as everything looks the same.
This hike is difficult due to its elevation gain (950m) and is very strenuous.
La Coche - the Roman quarries - Le Pas des Chattons - La Coche
Starting from the Maison Forestière de la Coche, in a magnificent setting, take a long tour of the Vercors highlands via the Plaine de la Queyrie, see the Roman quarries and the carved tree, and encounter (without disturbing them, of course) marmots, griffon vultures, edelweiss, etc., not to mention the herds.
The Grand Veymont
A long hike across the Vercors Highlands ("Hauts Plateaux du Vercors"), to reach the Grand Veymont. Breath-taking view of the entire Vercors massif and Mont Aiguille.
On the high plateaus of the Vercors via the Plaine de la Chau
This easy hike will take you to the high plateaus of the Vercors, between forests and meadows, on well-marked but sometimes unmarked trails. A little controlled adventure! An easy circular loop to do in any season, but no car access to the car park in winter.
The Révoulat viewpoint from the Croix de Châtelard
This is a very beautiful hike with no major difficulties, ideal for families. It will take you to the Belvédère de Révoulat viewpoint with a magnificent view of Echevis and the Vernaison Gorges, if, unlike us, you are lucky enough not to arrive in thick fog!
Vassieux-en-Vercors loop via Font d'Urle
A lovely, varied loop, alternating between tracks, trails and a few roads, with breathtaking views of Vassieux-en-Vercors and the surrounding area from the Crête des Gagères. Lots of forest sections, including a crossing of the Chaud Clapier ski resort.
On the Montagne de Beure
Hike on the Beurre plateau to discover Veymont, Tête du Faisan, the landscapes of Diois and maybe even spot some marmots!

Carrieres Romaines - L'Arbre taillé - Hollowed-out tree trunk serving as drinking trough
Starting from Col du Rousset, head towards the Queyrie valley, where you will find the ancient Roman quarries, the famous carved tree, and a breathtaking view of the Grand Veymont.
This is a fairly long hike, but the landscapes are magnificent, and you may even see marmots and their young, as well as griffon vultures soaring in the sky.
