Sagarraren Bidea - The Apple Route

Access: head towards Hernani on the AP-1 motorway, then the AP-15 to exit 166.
Head towards Goizueta on the GI-3410.
After passing an industrial estate on the outskirts of the town, drive past the Fagollaga restaurant on the left-hand side of the road. Park in the spaces along the road on the right-hand side just after the bridge.
The car park behind the restaurant is reserved for customers, so only park there if you have booked a table for lunch.

(S/E) Cross the road and walk behind the restaurant, then along the building and join the small road via a track. Walk up towards the Larre-Gain cider house.

(1) Turn right onto the small road that descends alongside the cider house and then continues as a path.

(2) Leave the access road to the house and turn onto the path that goes downhill to the left until you reach a T-junction.

(3) Turn right onto the road until you reach the end of the hamlet.

(4) Take the bridge on the left. The path runs alongside the Urumea Ibaia (the river of pure water in Basque).

(5) Cross the bridge on the right to return to the car park (S/E).
