(S/E) Free parking is available in the cemetery car park (south of Saint-Rémy).
Continuing south, cross the small canal and, a hundred metres further on, you will find the "chemin gaulois", an ancient Roman road.
(1) Then turn right and follow theGR®® 653D markings along the small road that crosses an area of pretty farmhouses (more or less Provençal) before turning into a forest track.
(2) When you reach the D27, turn left and follow this road for a few dozen metres. A DFCI track, still marked withGR® signs, starts on the right and continues to climb through forest and heath.
(3) Continue until you come to a new perpendicular track, turn left and almost immediately left again to follow the sign for "Saint-Rémy-de-Provence". This time, follow theGR®®6markings.
(4) Cross the D27, which you will immediately leave again. The small road that climbs towards the orientation table before turning into a track offers exceptional views of Les Baux-de-Provence and the plain.
Continue along this track, following the GR®® markings.
(5) Shortly after passing the Lombards track, which starts on the right, turn left into a gap in the rocks and leave the GR®®.
(6) The track descends towards Saint-Rémy.
(7) At the cistern, stay on the track that descends and reach the Lac de Peïrou car park.
(8) Head left, following the yellow markings that follow the road more or less closely.
(9) When you reach the D5, turn left and a few dozen metres further on, follow the signs for the cemetery car park (S/E).
