Pas de l'âne walks
The Pointe de la Grande Journée and the Pas de l’Âne via the ridges
A truly beautiful hike that takes you along the entire summit ridge overlooking the Arêches valley, from the Col de la Bathie to the Pas de l’Âne, via the Pointe de Lavouet, the Pointe de la Grande Journée and the Pic de la Vache Rouge.
A steep climb from Le Planay is rewarded by magnificent, exposed sections along the narrow ridge path. The descent is straightforward and offers a wide variety of scenery.
