Starting from the village of Saint-André-De-Najac, this lovely hike with a few steep climbs and beautiful views will take you through the hamlets of La Boucarie, Granouillet and La Séverie, through woods, along the Viaur River and across the countryside.

The loop first follows a model of the solar system on a scale of 1/2 billionth along the GR®36, then plunges into the Assou valley to discover the natural and vernacular heritage of the commune of La Rouquette. The hike also passes through a wetland rich in plants and animals typical of these environments.
Walk around Mauriac

Starting from the small village of Mauriac, this short hike, accessible to all, takes you through valleys carpeted with vineyards and small hills offering views of the Gaillac plain and, on a clear day, the Montagne Noire and even the Pyrenees. A few beautifully restored dovecotes and some noble residences adorn the route.

Just a few minutes from the centre of Gaillac, this is a peaceful walk, ideal for a half-day outing. The circuit passes through unspoilt countryside where vineyards, meadows and small woods share the space. In this landscape of rolling hills and valleys, a few beautiful houses and wine estates dot the route. Not to mention the views of the Montagne Noire and the Pyrenees on a clear day to top it all off.

The rural panorama is punctuated by views of the bell towers surrounding Técou.
A circuit from Saint-Sernin-sur-Rance

This hike, mostly in tree-shade, takes you through coombs and valleys to the south of Saint-Sernin-sur-Rance. Beautiful paths, some of them forgotten or seldom used, add a pleasant touch of wilderness. A breath of fresh air in absolute calm, in an unspoilt natural setting, not forgetting the two menhir statues at Pousthomy, which add a touch of historical interest to this walk.
