Parking: car park at Achey church.
(S/E) From Achey church, head towards the entrance to the village on the Delain side and follow Grande Rue on the right. Turn left onto Rue des Combes
(1) Continue along a stony path that leads into the undergrowth alongside a stream.
(2) When you reach a clearing, take a path immediately to the right into the Bois des Raichênes (keep following the green round markings). At the end of this path, you will come out onto a road that leads to the village of Delain.
(3) Turn right onto this road and continue to the village of Delain.
(4) At the entrance to the village, turn left onto Chemin des Champs Gobettes and continue along Rue des Vignes aux Loups.
(5) Pass a crossroads with a cross and then walk along the woods.
(6) At elevation 238, turn right onto a path that descends towards the village of Denêvre (small trail). This will lead you to a road; turn right and cross the bridge over the Salon.
(7) In the village, follow Rue de la Mairie to the left, then turn left again onto a street that goes around the church and passes in front of a wash house.
At the top of the hill, turn left and then further on to the right towards the calvary.
(8) Follow the Via Francigena route on the right after a second calvary. Take this new path to reach the village of Montot.
(9) At the entrance to the village, near the cemetery, go down to the right, pass through the undergrowth in front of the statue of the Virgin Mary, continue over the stone bridge over the Salon river, then leave the road via a path that goes straight on towards the village of Achey.
(10) At the junction with the D36, turn left and follow it to reach the church car park on the left (S/E).
