South of the village of Les Arcs-sur-Argens, take the Chemin du Bac (signposted "forêt communale") from the DN7 for approximately 3 km. Park in the Tournavelle car park after the first bridge.
(S/E) From the car park, head south on the tarmac road for 200 m. Follow the blue signs.
(1) Just before the iron bridge (Pont d'Aille), turn right. To avoid going under the barrier, you can go around it using the space provided for this purpose.
Follow the Aille river for 1.5 km before tackling the 800 m climb with beautiful schist stone steps.
(2) Alternative route to the oppidum.
(3) Alternatively, follow the "circuit Apié" arrow and, at the cistern, take the track that descends opposite for 1.5 km. During the descent, enjoy magnificent views of the Argens plain and the village of Les Arcs-sur-Argens dominated by the Tour du Parage.
(4) At the end of the track, rejoin the road. Turn right and head for the Tournavelle car park (S/E).
