Starting point and access: Place Marcel Sermbat.

Take exit 5 Avenue André Morizet.
The route comprises three sections covering the 1930s and connecting sections.
Section 1:
(S) When you exit the metro, turn right, cross Avenue André Morizet at the traffic lights and you will find yourself on Boulevard Jean Jaurès (do not cross it). Follow the boulevard on the left.
At no. 187: Wybo building.
Pass Rue Georges Sorel and stay on Boulevard Jean-Jaurès.
At No. 140: Beurekdjian Building.
Retrace your steps to Rue Georges Sorel and follow it to the right. Take Rue de la Saussière on the right. Turn into the first alley on the left, at the corner of a curved building with a distinctive blue mosaic façade.
At the corner: Annexe Delory (the curved building).
Reach Avenue André Morizet and walk along it on the right.
At no. 26: Town Hall. Note the plant beds on either side of the grand staircase, including several rows of vines labelled "Refuge" by the League for the Protection of Birds.
At No. 27 (on the opposite pavement): Post Office.
Head towards Espace Landowski. At the entrance, you will see a sculpture called "L'Arbre des Frères Martel" (information panel). Take Rue Paul Constans on the right and walk alongside the Musées des Années 30.
Connection between sections 1 and 2:
(1) Take Rue Galliéni on the right. At the roundabout, turn left onto Rue de la Saussière. Cross the square (cinema complex on your left) and pass Rue Auguste Perret. At the next crossroads, turn right to cross Boulevard Jean-Jaurès. Immediately turn left to cross Route de la Reine. Follow this avenue on the right for just a few metres.
Turn left into Villa Marie Justine, a private road open to pedestrians (metal barrier for vehicles). This small street quickly bends to the right. Note the architectural diversity of the houses and small buildings lining both sides of this street.
At the end, go past a second barrier and turn right onto Rue de Paris. Continue straight ahead, crossing Rue de l'Est and then Avenue Victor Hugo. You will reach Rue de la Tourelle (bar-tobacconist and traffic lights on your right).
Section 2:
(2) Take Rue de la Tourelle on the left.
At no. 60-62: Apartment building.
Pass Rue du Belvédère and stay on Rue de la Tourelle.
At no. 52: Apartment building (information sign).
Turn back and take Rue du Belvédère on the right (information sign).
At nos. 4 and 5: Mansions.
At nos. 6-12: Villas by Jean Hillard.
At No. 9: Froriep de Salis residence and studio.
At No. 21: Villa Dora Gordin.
Turn left onto Rue du Pavillon. At the next crossroads, turn immediately right at an acute angle onto Avenue Robert Schuman.
At No. 24: Joseph-Bernard studio (information panel).
At No. 19bis, on the corner of Rue Marcel Loyau: Renard mansion (information panel).
At No. 18bis, on the corner of Rue Salomon Reinach: Hôtel particulier Dujarric (information panel).
Turn right onto Rue Marcel Loyau, towards the Parc des Princes Stadium (clearly visible). You will come out onto Place de l'Europe.
At the corner of Place de l'Europe and Rue du Pavillon: Hôtel particulier (information panel).
Go around the left side of the public garden on the square. Opposite, on the right-hand side, is the Parc des Princes football stadium, dating from 1973, and on the left-hand side is the Stade Jean Bouin rugby stadium, renovated in 2013.
Turn left onto Rue Nungesser et Coli (this street is unusual in that the even numbers are located in Boulogne-Billancourt and the odd numbers in Paris).
At No. 24: Molitor building.
At No. 14: Building.
Reach Rue du Château: opposite is the Molitor Swimming Pool.
Connection between sections 2 and 3:
(3) Follow Rue du Château on the left. Turn right onto Rue de la Tourelle. Reach Boulevard d'Auteuil: opposite, the Serres d'Auteuil. Turn left. Cross Avenue Robert Schuman (at the crossroads, on the right, note the old Maisons de l'Octroi, dating from the time when a toll had to be paid to enter Paris). Continue along Boulevard d'Auteuil. Note the Stade de Rolland Garros (tennis) on the right. Reach Rue des Pins.
Section 3:
(4) Take Rue des Pins on the left.
At the junction with Allée des Pins: Villas Miestchaninoff. As Allée des Pins is private and access has been prohibited, it is not possible to see these buildings up close: we will have to make do with the information panel.
Continue along Rue des Pins and turn right onto Rue Gutenberg. Continue to Rue Denfert-Rochereau, then turn right.
At no. 13: House with original architecture.
At No. 5: Apartment building with a characteristic ocean liner shape (information panel).
At No. 8: Villa Collinet (information panel).
At No. 6: Villa Coook (information panel).
At No. 4: Villa Dubin (information panel).
Go to the end of Rue Denfert-Rochereau and you will come to the Rond-Point des Anciens Combattants. Note two former customs houses, one on the right at the corner of Boulevard d'Auteuil, the second on the other side of the roundabout. Beyond the roundabout is the Bois de Boulogne.
Turn left and immediately turn into Rue Gambetta.
At No. 2, on the corner with Place de l'Europe: Lombard residence and studio (information panel).
At No. 3: Hôtel particulier de Niermans (information panel).
At No. 5: Emilio Terry mansion (information sign).
At nos. 8-14: Mansions and apartment buildings.
Connection between section no. 3 and the finish:
(5) Continue along Rue Gambetta. At numbers 25 and 46 on this street, note two houses with original architecture. At Place des Ecoles, turn right onto Rue Escudier. Cross Rue Fessart, pass under the porch formed by a building and walk along the right-hand side of the Escudier market (open in the morning, every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday).
Turn left onto Boulevard Jean-Jaurès and continue to the Boulogne-Jean-Jaurès metro station (line 10), the end point of this itinerary.

- Those who wish to take Metro line 9 directly can continue straight ahead on Boulevard Jean-Jaurès to Place Marcel Sembat (about a 10-minute walk).
