Description of the walk

In Aubigny, take the Chemin du Château d’Eau, continuing along the Chemin du Dessus du Treuil, and park at the edge of the woods.

(S/E) Head due north along the path, enter the woods and reach a crossroads with several directions.

(1) Turn left and follow this ascending path; you’ll soon reach another crossroads.

(2) Turn right at a 90° angle; at the next junction, keep right to reach Combe Pelagre.

(3) Turn left to descend this valley and join the road leading to Prothaud school.

(4) Carry on straight ahead along the path through the forest. Follow a circular loop to the left, passing the Source de Bressière. Continue along the circular loop until you reach the junction with the D140.

(5) Carry on to the left along the wide path, which avoids having to return to the departmental road. You will then reach the car park at the edge of the forest (S/E).
