Park in the church car park.
(S/E) Follow the yellow markings, taking Rue des Fours à Pain, which runs parallel to the D28. Then take Rue des Treilles. The route turns into a footpath a few metres further on.
(1) Follow the balcony path with breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. Join a track.
(2) Take the yellow-marked route straight ahead and to the right. A few hundred metres further on, you’ll reach a junction.
(3) Turn right to take a detour and visit the Church of Sant Andreu.
(4) Return to the junction.
(3) Continue straight on to reach the hamlet of Llar.
(5) Head up into the village on the right via Rue des Fontaines. Continue along the path on the right, crossing the Canal de Llar et de Canaveilles. Further on, you’ll encounter several hairpin bends before finally reaching a flat stretch in the forest. Continue along the route until you reach a junction of paths.
(6) Head down to the right through this beautiful, peaceful forest.
(7) Continue straight ahead, ignoring a path branching off to the right, and further on you’ll reach a crossroads.
(8) First turn left then right, follow the track for about a hundred metres before leaving it and taking a path (still marked in yellow) that heads left. Pass a fountain and rejoin the track you left earlier.
(9) Cross over to take the path opposite, which crosses the track twice before running parallel to it at the edge of a bend.
(10) Go through the fence and continue the descent towards the village. Cut across the path leading to houses on the left and continue along the path opposite. Cross the same path again, pass between the houses and join the main street opposite the church. Go down to the right to the car park (S/E).
