Park in the small car park at Chameyrat Stadium.
(S/E) Follow the local road for 400 m, which you took to arrive at the first crossroads, turn left and continue for about 60 metres.
(1) Take the dirt track on the left and follow it through woods and pastures for 1.3 km to Chameyrat-le-Vieux.
(2) Turn left at the first crossroads and cross the hamlet to the end of the tarmac road.
(3) Take the dirt track on the right and follow the most obvious route, mainly through the woods. Cross the Chanterane stream (aqueduct) and climb up to the hamlet of Duroux. Follow the D141 to the right for 250 metres.
(4) Take the path lined with tall trees that climbs to the left and leads to Les Doumarais. Take the road on the left and climb for about 260 m.
(5) At the right-hand bend, leave the road and take the path on the left, following it for 420 m until you reach Rue de l'Éguille Basse. You will then have a beautiful view of Poissac Castle. Follow this road up to Poissac and turn left at the first crossroads.
(6) At the second crossroads, follow the sign for Les Prades almost opposite. Go around the château, keeping to the left at the next crossroads.
(7) Take the road on the left to descend towards the hamlet of Les Prades.
(8) At the end of the municipal road, continue between the house and the barn on the public dirt track that leads into the woods. Cross the Chanterane stream again and follow the path that climbs and then descends to reach the departmental road.
(9) Carefully climb the D141 on the right to the crossroads leading back to the Chameyrat stadium. Turn left and then left again to reach the car park (S/E).
