The starting point is the car park on Boulevard de la Manutention, opposite the public gardens.
(S/E) Leave the car park heading towards the boulevard. When you reach the pedestrian crossing, turn left, then turn right to join the D943. Cross carefully at the pedestrian crossing and continue straight on to reach the Chemin de la Redoute. Stay on the path until you reach Rue d’Alsace Lorraine (D157), then turn right and follow it along the pavement until you reach the junction with the departmental road at No. 56.
(1) Continue straight ahead. At the junction, turn right, then continue straight ahead and cross the River Lys.
::2: Continue straight ahead until you reach the sign marking the end of the built-up area.
(3) Turn right onto Rue de la Lys. Cross the bridge over the Petite Lys and turn left immediately afterwards. Then, at the junction on the grassy track, keep left and, at the junction in the bend, go straight on to join the D192.
(4) Turn left, then immediately right onto a path through the fields. After about 500, turn left, then left again at the next junction to join the D196.
(5) Turn right. Then turn left onto Rue du Hoquet.
(6) At the end, turn right onto Chemin de Fauquenthun and carry on straight ahead until you reach the junction where Rue des Lions is on the right. Keep to the left and carry on straight ahead until you reach No. 8 Chemin de Fauquenthun.
(7) Turn left. When you reach the bridge on your right, ignore it and carry on straight ahead, following the River Lys until you reach the next track.
(8) Carry on straight ahead to join the D196.
(2) Turn right, then turn left onto the D157.
(1) Turn left again and, following the route in reverse to the one taken on the way there, head back to the car park (S/E).
