Grand tour of the Lauragais hillsides from Castanet
A pleasant circular starting from the centre of Castanet-Tolosan, which partly follows the GR®653, the route from Arles to Compostela, and allows you to discover the peace and nature of the Lauragais hills. In good weather, the view of the Pyrenees from the Rebigue orientation table is magnificent. Bois de Limeyrac, Cité de l'Espace, La Plaine
Walk in semi-urban and natural areas along the south-eastern ring road of Toulouse. Discover the vast Grande Plaine leisure area, then climb up to the unspoilt Limayrac woods. Descend towards the green corridor to walk alongside the Cité de l'Espace. There are many opportunities to sit down, do physical activities or play with the children.

A "green" hike on the outskirts of Toulouse, sometimes a little muddy in wet weather, but otherwise without any difficulty.
Barèges dovecote circular
Between hills and valleys, this hike around Espanès offers beautiful views of the village of Montbrun-Lauragais and the Pyrenees on a clear day. Along the way, visitors can also discover the barns and dovecotes that are characteristic of the region's heritage.
Saint-Genies-Bellevue stream circular
The countryside around Saint-Geniès-Bellevue, a few kilometres from Toulouse.
However, it is best to walk during dry weather, as some sections along the stream are very muddy.
Around Issus through the ages
This walk will take you past the stately castle of Issus, then up the hillsides where you can admire the Lauragais countryside with an exceptional view of the Pyrenees. The route ends with a leap into modernity with the satellite dishes of a Telecom station.
