The starting point car park is on Avenue de la Pêtre near the Club Belambra.
(S/E) Head east along Avenue de la Pêtre, cross the bridge over the Courant de Soustons and turn left onto the cycle path that runs alongside the stream towards the lake.
Continue around the lake on the circular path until you reach the dam connecting it to the ocean.
(1) Turn left onto the dam and then onto the second dam, which serves as a spillway for the Étang de Pinsolle.
Follow the canal from the lake to the roundabout.
(2) At the roundabout, turn right onto the road heading west, which is marked as a dead end.
At the end of the road, continue south on the wide track that runs through the forest before joining the Courant de Soustons.
(3) Follow the Courant de Soustons until it turns north-east.
(4) Continue straight ahead towards the south-east until you reach the cycle and footpath known as the "Voie de Soulac".
(5) Turn left onto the path heading north.
The path runs alongside the Route des Lacs (departmental road 652) until you reach the first houses.
(6) Turn left onto the path that joins Avenue de la Pêtre after a right-hand bend.
(7) Follow the Avenue de la Pêtre to the left, cross the Courant de Soustons again and return to the car park (S/E).
