Start in Mons-en-Pévèle on the Grand Place behind the small café.
(S/E) With the church and war memorial on your right, take the left-hand street (Rue de la Place) for 30m, then turn right into the car park. Cross it, go through a second car park, then turn left into Rue du Moulin for about 200m.
(1) Opposite Les Moulins Waast, turn left onto a small track between two houses. This gravelled path leads to the house on the right, then becomes grassy. Follow it to its junction with the greenway.
(2) At the end of this field path, at the intersection, turn right onto the gravel path (cycling path) heading north-west. Follow this to Thumeries, after following the D954 at the Mons-en-Pévèle exit.
(3) At the end of the wood, at the Rue des Talus intersection, continue straight ahead on the gravelled track, leaving the road on your right. After approx. 300m, the road becomes tarmac and comes to a stop sign.
(4) At the crossroads, 100m before the stop sign and tarmac, turn left onto a small track which then becomes a road (Rue de la Baverie). Follow this road to its end. Opposite the Pierre Legrain sports hall, turn left and then right onto Rue Jean Moulin, then take Rue de la Ruchonnette to the end.
(5) At the intersection, go straight ahead on a narrow track for about 400m. It joins another, wider path, the Voie du Sucre.
Follow this track, which runs alongside the D8 and then gradually diverges from it, for about 1.5km. Go through part of Moncheaux and cross several roads.
(6) At the intersection with Rue du Bouvincourt, opposite Moncheaux town hall, turn right and then left to rejoin the path. Pass behind the village hall, then continue along a small road which leads to a housing estate: Résidence du Sophora.
(7) At the intersection with Rue de la Gare (Sophora bus stop), turn left at the stop sign and, after 100m, left again on a half-grass track, continuing straight ahead.
(8) After approx. 1 km, cross Rue Hameau de la Rue, go straight on for approx. 500m to the D120 road.
(9) Cross the D120 very carefully in front of a house, then turn right onto the cycle path for about 250m.
Opposite a small pond, turn left along a gravel path to its end, then right at the intersection.
After a right-hand bend, the track becomes a road. Continue straight on Rue de la Vaquerie. Enter the hamlet.
(10) On leaving the hamlet, at an oratory, take the dirt track on the left, straight ahead until you reach the cycle path. Cross it and continue straight ahead towards Mons-en-Pévèle, crossing Rue du Huit Mai again and leaving Rue du Pas Roland on your left.
Take the path on the right which climbs towards the abbey, then pass under the porch of the Cense de l'Abbaye. Turn left, pass the church and the little cafe on your left, then join the car park (S/E).
