Start from the Ville Ermel mill.
(S/E) Follow the road towards Ville Ermel and Saint-Gilles-du-Mené for 100 metres, then take the first path on the left which runs alongside the Ruisseau de Penhouët (not shown on IGN maps).
(1) Once on the road, head down to the left, then, opposite the Penhouët mill, take the path to the right.
(2) Before reaching La Biotais, turn left and, at the Fork in the road, follow the path on the left.
(3) Turn left to cross the stream via a small bridge and turn left when you reach the farm track.
Continue along the farm track to the right until you reach a small road.
(4) At La Ville Bernay, follow the small road opposite, pass by the old Cremligot Cross and continue to the next junction.
(5) At Les Cinq Chemins, turn onto the small road on the left and continue north-east.
(6) At the bottom of the valley, take the path on the left, then the first path on the right (not shown on IGN maps) and cross the stream.
(7) Take the path to the left, then head back down the road to the Ville Ermel mill (S/E).
