Park in the car park at Banneville-sur-Ajon church.
(S/E) Cross the D121a and head towards Bas de Banneville by taking Rue du Long Pré opposite. Reach the crossroads marked by a wash house.
(1) Take Chemin Neuf to the left, reaching the hamlet of Les Chardonnerets. Turn right, then at the crossroads, head left onto Route de Champs des Prots to reach the Chapelle Saint-Clair.
(2) Continue along the path which leads to the D8. Cross it with care. Turn right onto it and immediately turn left. Continue until you reach another road; take this to the right towards Pont des Landes. Opposite a marshy area, you’ll find a crossroads with a footpath. Take the path on the left, keep to the right, and follow it to the Frileux stream.
(3) Cross it and immediately turn right to follow it. Then pass the Ajon stream and go round the farm building. Continue straight on to reach the road leading to Neuilly-le-Malherbe.
(4) Turn right onto this small road, cross the D8 with care and take the path opposite. At the edge of the woods, take the path on the right. Continue along the path and take the three-way junction to the right to reach Gournay.
(5) Continue along the road opposite, turn right and take the left-hand Route du Moulin d'Ajon. Cross the ford and continue along the path opposite. You will reach the Rette stream.
(6) Turn right, walk past the pond and turn right again towards La Rette. Walk through the hamlet and continue along the road to reach an inverted Y-junction by a wayside cross.
(7) Take the road on the left, which becomes a path through the fields. Pass a path on the left and enter the hamlet of La Fêterie. Turn right onto the road to reach the Ruisseau de l'Orgueil.
(8) Turn right again onto the path that runs along the right bank of the stream. You will reach the passage between two small ponds.
(9) Pass between the ponds, rejoin Rue du Bourg, turn right onto it to return to the car park at the church square in Banneville (S/E).
