The starting point is at the wayside shrine located 400 m west of the former town hall of Neuilly-le-Malherbe. Parking is available for two cars (please ensure you do not obstruct traffic).
(S/E) Head due south. Follow a path to a road leading to the village.
(1) Turn right and, 150 m further on, turn left onto a good path (not shown on the map) and follow the lovely drainage ditches. Beautiful views of Noyers Bocage. Reach a crossroads at the edge of a wood.
(2) Go down the path on the left towards the houses. Walk alongside them and, when you see a tarmac road, ignore it but take the path on the right which becomes tarmac further on.
(3) At the road (Rue du Lavoir), head down to the right towards the wash house. Then turn right into Rue de la Conardiére, which continues as a path. At the junction with the road, turn left to head down towards the church.
(4) Before the church, take the path on the left which leads back into the village. Turn right twice and follow the road down towards Le Moustier, which leads to a junction.
(5) Turn left onto Route de l’Ancien Château and, at the next junction, turn left again towards Le Locheur.
(6) At the bridge, turn left, follow the road for 200 m, then take the path on the left which leads back to the start (S/E).
