Departure from the car park at the Le Locheur leisure centre.
(S/E) From the car park, pass the hikers' rest stop and walk along the lake and playground. Take the log staircase on the right that leads up to a path bordering the tennis court and leading to the D214.
(1) Descend to the left towards the village and continue straight ahead at the crossroads by the town hall. At the calvary, turn right towards Val Hébert.
(2) At the oratory, take the path on the left. At the first crossroads, ignore the path on the left and continue straight ahead.
(3) At the second intersection, take the path on the right and follow theGR® 221C to the hamlet of La Croix du Mesnil. Cross the road and continue straight ahead until you reach a crossroads.
(4) Here, leave theGR® 221C on your left and continue straight ahead. You will come out onto the D214, at a place called Arry. Turn left and leave another road on your left.
(5) After the bridge, take a path on the right that runs alongside the Odon. Continue along this dirt track.
(6) At the end of the dead-end path, follow the road to the right.
(7) Cross the bridge on the right and head towards the village of Le Locheur. At the entrance to the village, turn right at the corner of a house and then right again into Froide Rue. Pass the houses and take a path towards the leisure centre (S/E).
