Park at the end of the Parc de l'Ecanet car park, near the retirement home.
(S/E) Head north-east until you reach the "baignade interdite" (no swimming) sign. Then take the path on the edge of the woods on your left.
(1) Continue straight ahead on Sente Jacky Gouet, then follow this path with the ponds on your left until you reach a fork.
(2) Turn left onto the path and continue for 200 metres until you reach the D67. Follow the road to the right for 100 metres, then turn right again towards Anctoville and pass the place called La Queue du Loup. Continue towards Pont Chouquet.
(3) After Pont Chouquet, cross and leave the road at the D67 23 sign, taking the path on the left which follows several bends before joining the D71.
(4) Take the road opposite, towards Tracy-Bocage.
(5) 80 metres after the "la Campagne" sign, leave the road and take the path on the right heading west. The beginning of the path is paved. Continue to the junction with the D216.
(6) Turn left (east) and head towards the church in Tracy-Bocage. At the church, pass the small square and take the road to "la Campagne" on the left for 100m. Turn right at the sign for "Chemin de la Rivière" and continue along this road for 1.5km, keeping east. After the first buildings of La Queue du Renard, turn right at a right angle to reach a road and a stop sign.
(7) Take the road on the left for 150 metres, then turn left (north-north-east) onto a path just before the main road D675 (solid beige gate). Follow this path for 1 kilometre to reach the D67.
(8) At the crossroads, cross the road (take care) and take Rue Saint-Martin opposite for 100m. Opposite the swimming pool, turn left onto a path (starting with tarmac) which passes behind a secondary school. After the stadiums, the path turns right and descends towards Parc de l'Ecanet, ending at the car park where you started.
