On the D983, coming from the north (Clermont), and about 1.3 km before reaching Lac de Guéry, park in a small car park at the intersection with the D27 (Orcival). Sign for the Balirando Les Roches Tuilières and Sanadoire hike.

(S/E) Facing the hiking sign, turn right and find the steps leading down. Pass an old viewpoint and continue down the steps, which are more or less easy to navigate, to reach an intersection at the foot of Roche Sanadoire.
(1) To begin skirting Roche Sanadoire from the south, continue down the path on the left. Cross a road and continue on the path opposite. After about 150 m, pay attention: leave the path that continues straight ahead and turn onto a path on the right, above a tributary of the Ruisseau de Fontsalade. You will come back to the road.
(2) Cross and first turn left then right to continue along the path. At the intersection of three paths, turn left and cross a footbridge over the Ruisseau de Fontsalade. Further on, cross the road again and, about 80 m further on, pay attention.
(3) Do not continue straight ahead on the path, but climb a fairly steep path that branches off to the right. Now begin the southern bypass of Roche Tuilière. Further on, at the intersection with a path, continue straight ahead and immediately ignore a path that branches off to the right. Join a path and follow it to the right. You will arrive at a hamlet with no name (La Malvialle), near an old oven and a fountain.
(4) Follow the path to the right that passes behind the fountain. Further on, at a fork in the paths, keep to the right, then ignore two vague paths on the right. Exit the woods and arrive at a carriage road.
(5) Follow it to the right. About 150 m further on, turn onto a path on the left. You will come to a road, follow it to the right for a few metres, then turn left onto the street and you will arrive at the hamlet of Le Cros. Note the fountain on the right and, of course, the view of Les Roches Tuilière and Sanadoire, which is beginning to reveal itself.
(6) Continue left along Rue du Ruisseau. Cross the Ruisseau de Fontsalade again via a footbridge. When you reach a path, follow it to the left (be careful, there are two different paths marked here), then immediately turn right onto another path. Leave the undergrowth and arrive at a logging area. Continue straight ahead for a few metres.
(7) Turn right to cross a stream on a small footbridge and continue along the path, back into the undergrowth, until you reach the first intersection on the route.
(1) Go up the two flights of steps on the left to return to the car park (S/E).
