Park in the Blossette car park at the junction of the RD31 connecting Thilay to Monthermé and the RD31d.
This route follows theGR®12trail, sections of a vast local network of walks and also the Trans Semoysienne greenway.
(S/E) Opposite the restaurant, take the path furthest to the left, which runs alongside the restaurant terrace (red and whiteGR® markings and yellow markings for the local network).
At the entrance to the national forest, theGR® turns left, joins the top of the Rocher des Corpias (caution is advised at this point) and then heads north to climb up to Roc la Tour.
(1) Continue along theGR® trail, cross the forest road and reach Chemin Lagard (directional signage).
(2) Turn left and walk about 700 metres to Auton (signpost).
(3) Turn right and follow theGR® to the Lyre stream.
(4) Leave theGR®, cross the tarmac road and take the yellow-marked path opposite.
The path runs alongside the Lyre stream for 800m (you will cross the stream several times during this stretch) then turns right to join the road. Follow the road for about ten metres and turn left to rejoin theGR®.
(5) Climb up opposite on theGR® then turn left to pass under the old Cerceaux quarries.
Continue on theGR® to reach, after crossing the RD989, the Roche à Sept Heures (directional signage).
(6) Continue on theGR® for about 400 metres to reach the Roche à Sept Heures viewpoint.
(7) Return to the previous crossroads via the same route.
(6) Take the path that runs alongside the inn and take the first path on the right.
This path leads to Chemin du Terne. Continue to Rue Diderot and turn left immediately to find the stairs to Ruelle Creuse.
(8) Go down the stairs to Rue Pasteur. Cross the street and, via the stairs before the bridge, join the path along the Meuse and the GR®.
Follow theGR® to the junction of the RD31 and RD1, then, after passing an industrial building, you will reach the Semoy bridge and the start of the Trans-Semoysienne greenway.
(9) Turn left and take the Greenway to Phade.
(10) Continue along the Greenway, which crosses the Semoy, to Rue de Wachelot at the entrance to Tournavaux.
(11) Go up this street until you reach a signpost (Le Calvaire) and take the path bordered on the left by a hedge to reach Blossette and the car park (S/E).
