La fontaine bénite depuis Bénifontaine

Start at the cemetery car park on Rue Pasteur.

(S/E) Head towards Rue Pasteur, cross it and turn right. Then, opposite the entrance to the brasserie, take the path on the left to Rue Calmette.

(1) First turn right then left to reach Rue Victor Hugo, which you should follow to the left until the second junction.

(2) Cross the street and walk past the pub to turn right. Continue straight on, cross the Flot Wingles Amont and carry on to the fork, at number 24.

(3) Turn right and head straight on to the bridge.

(4) Go under the bridge, enter the marsh and continue straight ahead to the second path on the left.

(5) Take this path; further on, cross the Flot Wingles Amont and continue to the road. Cross the road and continue to the right until you reach the first path on the left.

(6) Turn left onto the path, follow the Marais Meurisse and continue straight on until you reach the Flot Wingles Amont.

(7) Turn right to reach a track.

(8) Turn left twice and continue straight on before turning right until you reach a sharp bend.

(9) Turn sharply left and continue along this path until you reach the D165E2.

(10) Cross the road carefully, take the path opposite and keep going straight to rejoin the path you took on the way there. Keep to the right towards the bridge.

(4) Go under the bridge, turn left, then take the first path on the right before heading straight ahead twice, until you reach the T-junction.

(11) Follow the path to the left and continue straight on until you reach the high-voltage power lines.

(12) Go under them, then continue to Rue du Général Leclerc.

(13) Cross the street, continue straight ahead along Rue Albert Fillaert and, at the bend, do the same along Rue du Chemin Vert until you reach Rue de la Finarde.

(14) Turn left, then right onto Rue Pierre Malvoisin, until you reach Chemin d’Hulluch.

(15) Take this road by turning left, pass a junction and continue left onto Rue du Marais, running alongside a wood on your right, until you reach its northern corner.

(16) Turn sharply right to stay alongside the woods and, at the end, turn left onto Chemin du Pire, before continuing straight on to Rue Pasteur.

(17) Turn right, continue to the town hall, then turn right again to reach the cemetery car park (S/E).
