Park in the car park at the top of Les Glovettes.
(Out/Return) From the car park, head east along the GTV (Grande Traversée du Vercors), marked in red and white, and soon leave the track to take the path climbing to the left. Climb gradually through the woodland until you reach a T-junction.
(1) Leave the GTV and take the track to the right (this section is marked in yellow and green). A few hundred metres further on, you’ll reach a junction.
(2) Leave the track and take the path leading down to the left. This section runs along a ridge with beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. There are a few sections through woodland before you reach a junction.
(3) Turn right to head for the Bergerie de la Fauge and its sweeping panoramic views.
(4) Turn back to return to the previous junction.
(3) This time, head straight ahead along the path, which turns into a track less than a kilometre further on. You’ll reach a junction with a signpost.
(5) Join the GTV and turn right. About ten metres further on, you’ll come to a junction; take the path on the right to complete a short circular loop of around 2.5 km. Cross the Fauge, climb gently and reach the Pont de l’Amour.
(6) Cross this bridge over the Fauge and follow the GTV to the right uphill. On the way, visit the Waterfall de la Fauge, turning left where signposted, before returning to the previous junction.
(5) Continue along the track to the right and stay on it, ignoring any side paths, until you reach the Parking des Clots.
(7) Leave the GTV and keep to the right on the road. Further on, at the junction, follow the road to the left leading to the Glovettes car park (S/E).
