On Place Jean Jaurès, park near the medieval gate known as the Porte d’Agel.
(S/E) Opposite the pharmacy on the D30, turn right towards Saint-Rémy-de-Provence / Les Paluds-de-Noves.
(1) Turn right onto Chemin du Grès.
(2) At the large electricity pylon, just after the Mas de Gachon, turn left. Follow Chemin du Grès all the way (about 2 km), with the Grand Anguillon stream running below on your left.
(3) You will see the Villargelle cross on your left, then the Château de Villargelle (private residence) on your right. Continue straight ahead.
(4) At the end of Chemin du Grès, at the crossroads, cross over towards Les Paluds - Saint Andiol on the D29.
(5) Then take the first right, the small Chemin de Saint-Rémy. Follow it to the bridge.
(6) When you reach the bridge over the Petit Anguillon, turn left onto Chemin du Marais.
(7) Then take the first right onto the Draillette.
(8) At the end of La Draillette, first turn left then right, head south on Chemin de la Rimade and join the D30a.
(9) Slightly to the right, follow Cours des Longues southwards, which will take you to Route des Paluds (D31).
(10) Turn left (east) towards Mollègés.
(11) Then take the first left, the Chemin des Lubières, and follow it northwards to the end.
(12) At the Pont Coloré, cross the D30 and continue north to the centre of Les Paluds-de-Noves at the Noria roundabout (waterwheel) and the 19th-century Oratoire Saint-Roch (cart in September).
(13) Continue straight on along Avenue de la République.
(14) In front of the bullring (early 20th century), continue straight ahead.
(15) At the next junction, opposite the Chapelle du Sacré-Cœur, turn right (east) and head towards the entrance to Verquières. At the first small roundabout, turn right, leaving the war memorial on your left.
(16) At Saint-Vérédème Church, continue straight ahead and, at the large roundabout, take the Route de Cabannes heading east.
(17) Then take the first left onto Route de Noves.
(18) Take the 4th road on the left, known as Chemin de l’Eau, which, after about 3km, will take you back to Noves and Place Jean Jaurès (S/E).
