Noves between history and landscapes
This route will take you on a journey of discovery through Noves, exploring its natural and historical heritage. From church to chapel, hill to viewpoint, you will walk through the streets of the town, along the paths of the small Rougadou forest, and through the little Crau, following in the footsteps of the oratories, crosses, flora and fountains that marked the highlights and symbols of the town's history.
The Alpilles Circuit
A ride for lovers of road cycling and the beautiful landscapes of the Alpilles.
You’ll pass through the villages of Eygieres, Aureille, Eygalières, Mollégès, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Les Baux-de-Provence, Fontvieille, Daudet’s mill, Paradou, Maussane-les-Alpilles and Mouries.
This is a tour of all the beautiful villages of the Alpilles.
The Roubines walk
Route for road bikes / hybrid bikes / gravel bikes
On this route, you’ll cross or ride alongside the Grand and Petit Anguillon in turn, as well as several ‘roubines’. You’ll also follow drovers' roads, listening to the wind rustling through the ‘canié ’ and the murmur of the water at the Martelièro waterfalls.
You’ll discover what makes this land so unique: a marshy area that has been transformed into arable and habitable land thanks to a network of canals and ‘roubines’, built up over the centuries, which helps to secure, drain and supply water to the region.
