Park in the car park on the edge of the D954 (Le Sauze-du-Lac road).
(S/E) Leave the car park, cross the road and head back towards the Savines bridge.
Take the Armoureriers trail on the right before Rue du Morgon. Follow the path along the Torrent de Barnafret until you reach the road. Continue straight ahead and just after the bridge, take the path on the left, still along the torrent. Cross three footbridges and join the paved path on the right. Pass in front of the cisterns that used to supply Savines with water.
(1) At the crossroads in front of the footbridge, climb the path on the right. Follow the signs for Pierre-Arnoux, Les Eygoires.
(2) At the fork, leave the path that climbs towards Pierre-Arnoux and continue on the right towards Les Eygoires.
(3) At the double crossroads, leave the path that descends and turn left, then a few metres further on, leave the path on the left (Pierre-Arnoux) and take the one on the right (Les Eygoires). Keep heading south-west.
(4) At the intersection, do not descend to the right towards Savines, but turn left (Pierre-Arnoux, Les Eygoires). Climb back up to the field.
(5) Make a sharp left turn onto the forest track. Descend until you reach mountain bike trail no. 13 on the left.
(6) Descend on the left until you reach the double crossroads.
(3) Then take the path from the start of the walk and descend via the same route to the starting point (S/E).
