This trail refers to the water mill built in the Middle Ages on the banks of the Vienne. You will follow the Vienne for much of the route. This gives you plenty of time to fully appreciate this river! If you see tourists in canoes or kayaks, don't be surprised! The Vienne is used for water sports.
Tour of Lake Mas Chaban starting from Massignac
This hike will take you around Lake Mas Chaban and offer beautiful views of Lake Chaban and a passage through the small village of Lésignac-Durand, where there is a church worth seeing.
The difficulty lies mainly in the length of the walk. In very wet weather, the path can be very muddy or even impassable.
The route can also be done in the opposite direction. Please note that the view is not clear between Valette and the starting/finishing point.

You will pass their priory, then the Menhir de Fixard and the Tour de Piégut with its history. You can also take an old Roman road and explore the discoveries of centuries past in the small villages you pass through.
Railway remains between Saint-Gervais and Bois Prémont
A very relaxing walk along an old railway platform, returning via a mule track. The small 12th-century church in Saint-Gervais is exceptionally well preserved.
Loop between Tardoire and the forests, starting from Vouthon
Vouthon is home to a 12th-century Templar church. The Tardoire river flows near this church and you will cross it several times. In places, you will walk along the platform of an old railway line. This walk will bring you closer to history and nature.

The miraculous fountain of Bellevau in Sers
Set off to discover the miraculous fountain of Bellevau in the commune of Sers (16). This place is a real gem, home to an underground chapel and a fountain set in a green and cool setting. Arriving via the mule track, you will pass the remains of troglodyte dwellings until you reach the chapel, part of which is underground (private property). Behind the chapel, on the side of the rock and sheltered by trees, a few cavities house religious emblems and signs of contemplation.
