Park at the Ceinturat menhir car park.
(S/E) Turn left onto the road that leads to Ceinturat. At the fork at the entrance to the village, turn left and take the wide path, then 20 metres further on, turn right onto a narrower path. At the first crossroads, take the track on the left heading north, then continue straight on to the Sacrificial Stone.
(1) Retrace your steps to the crossroads, then continue a little further to take the road that branches off to the left. Pass by a pond. Further on, just before a crossroads, you will find
(2) the Chapelle du Bois du Rat on your right. At the crossroads, take the D204 on the right (towards Cieux) and 100m further on, turn right onto the signposted path. Follow a pond and, at the next crossroads, continue straight ahead. Ignore two paths that branch off to the left and continue south until you reach
(3) Rocher Champignon, known as Chaos du Cep on the map. The mushroom is hidden under the high-voltage line, 50 metres to the left. Return to the path and continue to the left. Further on, ignore a path on the right and, shortly afterwards, you will see, slightly off the path on your left,
(4) the Fauteuil and the Berceau de la Bergère. Retrace your steps and continue to the left. Descend the winding path to a crossroads.
(5) Leave the path on your left and the track on your right and take the track opposite for 200 m. At the fork, turn right until you reach a pond. The path turns right and crosses the Ruisseau du Brudoux to arrive at
(6) Rocher des Fées. Then descend to the edge of the stream and the rocky chaos, then continue left on the trail to come out onto a wider path. Turn right onto this path. The path makes a left turn, then a right turn. At the end of this last turn,
(7) continue along another path on the left. Further on, ignore a path on the left and continue straight ahead. Shortly afterwards, the path turns north. Further on, leave this path and turn right onto a trail that climbs up to
(8) the Oratoire de la Basse-Forêt. Continue along the path. Further on, ignore a path on the right to join a small road. Follow it to the right to reach Arnac. Cross the village and look for the Pierre à Cupules on the left, in a grassy area
(9) the Pierre à Cupules. Join the road and take the small road opposite. After the last farm, turn left to pass under the high-voltage line. Further on, the path turns right, then left and joins the D9. Cross (carefully) and follow this road on the right. Shortly afterwards, cross again (carefully) and take the road on the right. Continue straight ahead to reach the car park at the Menhir de Ceinturat. (S/E)
(S/E) Make a round trip in the woods on the left to see this last megalith. (10)
